創作這首歌的過程，像是一場漫長而溫柔的告別。我從一開始就沒想過要去模仿他的風格，那是獨一-無二、無法複製的。我只想用自己的方式，為他寫一首安魂曲。因此，我選擇了充滿溫度和靈魂感的流行抒情曲風。在我心中，那是一個旋律可以承載巨大情感重量的年代。溫暖的電鋼琴、厚實而充滿空間感的鼓點，以及背景中那層層疊加、如同潮水般湧來的合成器音牆 (Synth Sound Wall)，這一切都是為了構築一個廣闊而略帶憂鬱的聲場，去擁抱那個舞台上無比強大、私下卻無比脆弱的靈魂。

這首歌的標題，我最終定為《玻璃之王》。因為在我看來，「玻璃」這個意象，比「鏡子」更能描繪他一生的困境。鏡子是向內的，是自我審視；而玻璃是向外的，是為了被觀賞、被展示，同時也是一道冰冷、易碎的屏障。他的一生，就像是被放置在一個華麗的玻璃展櫃裡的君王，接受著全世界的膜拜與窺探，卻被永遠地隔絕開來。那片不斷在背景中起伏的音牆，就像是外界無盡的喧囂與議論，時而溫柔，時而壓迫，將他緊緊包圍。

當我寫下最後一句歌詞，當音樂在結尾那記響指中歸於寂-靜時，我希望傳達的不是憤怒或怨恨，而是一種悲憫的釋然。他用盡一生去對抗那些強加於他的標籤和謊言，渴望掙脫那座為他打造的、名為「流行樂之王」的華麗監獄。或許，在音樂的盡頭，在那片宏大的音牆最終消散之後，他終於找到了那份屬於自己的、絕對的寧靜。這首歌，是我對那個被囚禁在玻璃之後的孤獨男孩的，一份最溫柔的致敬與理解。願他的靈魂，終得安息。
