因為電影《暴力年代 A Most Violent Year》中男主角亞貝的一段話「When it feels scary to jump, that is exactly when you jump」促使NIO寫下這首歌，當年希望以這首歌給自己一個激勵，多年後再度面對這首歌，雖有些赤裸但卻也正面的讓再度感受到當年的那份動力，提醒著，只要放手努力過，一切便無愧於己。

以跳躍為主題，用堅定的節奏與溫柔旋律交錯堆疊，傳遞出鼓舞別人與自我鼓勵的能量。這首歌是全專輯中唯一使用真鼓與貝斯的編曲，節奏力道十足，象徵突破。這首歌鼓勵大家跨出舒適圈，找尋自己、追尋自由，也同時是NIO的自我療癒提醒自己不再被框架限制，想做就去做吧。
