How do you clean a cask?
燒酒作坊裡最苦的活兒是出甑。酒流乾了，錫甑拔掉，揭掉蜂眼木蓋，露出滿木甑高粱酒糟。高粱酒糟醬黃色，熱氣灼人。余占鰲站在一條方凳上，手持短把木鍁，把酒糟鏟出來，拍到筐子裡。他的動作很小，幾乎只靠小臂運動。熱氣噴的他半身赤紅，脊背上的汗水流成小河，他的汗水裡有一股強烈的酒味。
