特別是副歌部分的「蛻變 讓血淚化做養分」，以及最後一段「fly away and break myself, fly away then grow myself」。
呢兩句歌詞象徵透過痛苦與掙扎（血淚、break myself）作為蛻變的養分，最終掙脫束縛（fly away），並在過程中成長與重生（grow myself），詮釋了從黑暗走向光明、自我覺醒的核心意涵。
