簡單來說，我希望大家不要只聽從單方面的解說，就認定一個人的好壞。

我有一個朋友，他是一位網紅Youtuber，
因為之前的某些原因，導致他獲得了一堆黑粉，在我還沒認識他之前，我也曾是他的酸民，不過藉由某次的表演機會，漸漸地，我跟他越來越熟，相處得也很融洽，此時，我問他，為什麼你在網路上被講得這麼誇張，好像是一個社會敗類一樣，事情的真相到底是什麼呢？他把所有的事情一五一十地告訴我，聽完後，我非常沈重，我從來沒有想過，一個人的人格，怎麼能如此輕易地被抹黑，且大部分的人都相信那些謠言，簡單來說，就是有人陷害他，這讓他那段時間過得非常痛苦，甚至被醫生診斷出了憂鬱症，作為朋友的我，覺得他非常辛苦，沒有團隊陪伴，就這樣過了兩年，同時，我也會編曲，藉由這次機會，我也想告訴大家一些觀念，No Judge的意思是，不要批判，現今的社會科技非常發達，網路上隨便一個假消息都能夠引起大轟動，我們都希望以後不會再有網路霸凌的事件發生，所以我寫了這首No Judge，獻給曾經被抹黑過的你們。
一個人的受傷 他又能找誰談吐，打從一開始他就不是那種人 ，卻遭到酸民無情的輿論攻擊，而你又認識他多少? 你真的知道他嗎?
