「她的家人微笑著坐在餐桌旁。聚餐的時光他們不說話。母親幫父親的杯子裡盛滿了純黑、看起來苦澀的液體，她的兄弟姐妹或咀嚼著蓬鬆的麵團，或翻動一些泛紫的葉片。她無精打采地坐下，將金黃色的膏狀液體倒入大家的盤子裡。他們都微笑點頭致意。

沾一口循規蹈矩蜜，嚥下後，他們扭曲成笑容與憤怒交錯的怪異樣貌。基於某種她不能理解的原因，他們發狂似的掐住自己的脖子，瞪大眼睛，或揮舞手臂將餐桌上的東西掃落。

Her siblings were chewing some swollen dough, or flipping some purplish leaves. She sat down lifelessly, poured a thick, golden liquid on everyone's plate. They all nodded as some kind of gesture.

Took a sip with the well-behaved sweetness, swallowed it down, they twisted into a smile-overlapping-wrath weird face. For a certain reason which she couldn't understand, they frenetically clutched their necks, widened their eyes, or waved arms to swipe away things on the table.

She took a sip of her bread with honey; a smile gradually grew."
