Happy Birthday to Meao Meao!

在為我的貓咪Meao Meao創作生日歌時，我很快意識到，一首充滿“可愛”、“毛茸茸”詞彙的歌，遠遠無法描繪出它在我心中的地位。我想寫的，不僅僅是一首寵物歌，而是一首能真正讚頌它那獨立、優雅、甚至帶有些許神秘氣質的“加冕頌歌”。在我們這些“貓奴”的眼中，它們從來都不只是寵物，它們是我們家中的“國王”或“女王”。

這首歌的靈魂，藏在它對“貓性”的致敬裡。我試圖用詩意的語言，去捕捉那些只有養貓人才能體會的瞬間：那雙“既能容納陽光也能容納雨水”的綠寶石般的眼睛、那個“只有它自己才知道的秘密世界”、以及它追逐著地板上“如鑽石般陽光”的身影。我希望用這些意象，去描繪一種超越了“飼主與寵物”的、更深層次的關係——一種近乎學生對“大師 (guru)”的崇敬。

Bridge裡的那句「你教會我們，最安靜的愛，才是最完整的」，是我對這首歌的最終註解，也是我從Meao Meao身上學到的最重要的一課。貓咪用它們的“慢眨眼”、它們無聲的陪伴，向我們展示了一種無需言語、卻無比深刻的愛。謹以此歌，獻給我的貓咪Meao Meao，也獻給所有曾被這些毛茸茸的“哲學家”治癒過的靈魂。願我們的“君主”們，在它們的生日裡，都能享受到最溫暖的陽光、最美味的鮭魚，以及我們最崇高的敬意。
