Countdown Night

這首歌，是我全新倒數專輯《Nine Nights to New Year》的序曲，是第九夜的獨白。我希望用音樂，去捕捉那種在年末冬夜裡，獨自一人走在京都古老街道上的、既孤獨又治癒的複雜心境。這不僅僅是一首歌，這是一趟旅程的開始——一趟告別舊我、尋找新生的心靈之旅。

這首歌的結構，我做了一個很大膽的嘗試。我將整首歌最核心的情感——那份在靜夜中“療癒 (healing)”與“重獲新生 (peeling)”的感覺——提煉成了Hook，並讓它在開篇就直接唱響，像一聲宣告，奠定了整首歌的基調。這個Hook會像心跳一樣，反覆地、以不同的力度出現在歌曲的各個角落。我希望透過這種結構，去模擬我們在思考時，腦海中那個反覆出現的核心念頭，讓聽眾能更深切地沉浸在主角當時的心境之中。

從最初那句有些迷惘的“I walk alone”，到Bridge中那句溫暖的“Me and you”，主角與京都這座城市，仿佛建立了一種無聲的對話與連結。最終，在充滿力量的Final Chorus裡，他/她終於找到了答案——在簡單的事物中，尋得圓滿。結尾的那句倒數“NINE”，不僅是數字，它是一個承諾，預示著接下來八個夜晚的蛻變之旅，即將展開。謹以此歌，獻給所有曾在孤獨中，找到力量的人。
