「when the sun shines on us, we shine.」 台北尖叫默、後硬蕊、革新硬蕊樂團。 成軍十五年，歷經多次團員更迭，2018年發行十年首張專輯作品《黑潮 - Kuroshio》後持續運作，至今尚未解散。
2008年秋末，成立於台北。 2009年自主發行首張單曲作品《失憶者的承諾/A Promise from an Amnesiac》。 2013年發表第二張單曲作品《水與血/water and blood》由22RECORDS發行。 2014年原中文團名〈直到看見鯨魚的眼睛〉改為英文縮寫"US:WE"(until seeing whale’s eyes)。 2018年發表成軍十年首張專輯作品《黑潮 - Kuroshio》由22RECORDS發行。 2021年九月發表三方聯合延伸作品輯《GLDN x PAKK x US:WE -「玖 / jiǔ」: 3-way split》由22RECORDS發行。
