這是看完無國界醫生的紀錄片：『痛，我願前行』之後寫的歌。
痛有很多種，被紙割到的痛，跌倒的痛，半夜腳抽筋的痛，失戀心碎的痛，努力很久但結果不如預期的痛....但是這種失去家、家人、沒有食物吃、一直看到身邊的人死掉的痛、一直活在恐懼裡面的痛...是我無法想像的痛，並且我也希望沒有人需要經歷這樣的痛。
