Don't Panic 毋需恐慌

**當久違的愛再次出現，我們還記得該怎麼去愛嗎？**

以為自己早已失去愛人的能力太久，直到某個人突然闖進生命，才發現那些以為消失的情感，其實從未真正離開。只是當愛重新變得真實，隨之而來的第一個感受，卻不是安心，而是害怕。

〈Don’t Panic〉寫的是重新愛上一個人的瞬間。害怕靠近、害怕失去，也害怕曾經留下的傷口再次裂開；但越想逃開，那個仍然想愛人的心，就越不斷提醒自己去感受、去靠近、去用力地愛。

即使愛最後仍可能讓人受傷，也不必因此慌張。因為會愛、會痛、會因另一個人的出現而再次動搖，正是我們仍然擁有情感最直接的證明。

愛不是避免受傷，而是在知道可能受傷之後，仍願意真實地感受。

Now in the silence, I heard she said
