在把酒言歡、歡呼聲此起彼落的派對上，明明身在人群之中卻感到格外孤單。

張開嘴想說些什麼，卻又默默的閉上，但同時又有著被聽見、被理解的渴望，焦慮感漸漸從深處湧現，無所適從的胃正在翻騰，外在的我面帶微笑，彷彿一切安好。

歌曲以吸氣聲作為開場，婉轉將內心的焦躁與不安唱出，在矛盾的表面與心理狀態中試圖尋找一個能夠安身的平衡點。
