浩一，今年25歲，和許多台灣人一樣，受亞洲文化影響，成長過程的生活只有讀書。16歲時他對世界感到好奇，開始在國內外騎自行車旅行，意外地投入的大海的懷抱，開始自由潛水，感受從未體驗過的快樂，意識到自己從小到大沈浸於華人對自我感受的壓抑，決定開始創作自己的音樂，唱出內心的聲音，找回對自我以及華人文化的自信。
Haoyi is a 24 year-old Taiwanese independent multi-genre singer-songwriter and producer. His tracks are self-mixed and produced. Haoyi’s music draws on inspiration from Taiwanese pop and indie artists including Jass Yang and 谢震廷, rock from the likes of Bon Jovie, One OK Rock, and X Japan, as well as sounds from international icons David Bowie and Hans Zimmer.
Haoyi grew up in a mountain-side village outside of Taichung, Taiwan. At the age of three he began learning piano and later went on to learn acoustic and electric guitar. However like many Taiwanese, his upbringing was primarily focused on academics. He experienced the intensity of cultural pressures associated with Taiwanese schooling as well as the epidemic of suppression of emotion everpresent in Taiwanese and other Asian cultures.
