raawwwww (demos from the heart) is a collection of two songs that came from some of the most vulnerable moments of my life.

both “everything i need” and “hurt people hurt people” were written at different points in my teenage years, but they share the same core: trying to understand what it means to be hurt, to feel lost, and to find a way to keep going.

“everything i need” was written when i was 15, during a time when everything felt overwhelming and i was desperately searching for comfort, connection, and a little bit of light. it captures the loneliness and uncertainty of being young and not knowing how to deal with everything happening inside your head.

“hurt people hurt people” came from a different kind of pain — anger. it was written when i was tired of being hurt and wanted to fight back, exploring how easily pain can turn into resentment, and how being hurt can make us want to hurt others in return.

these songs aren’t polished versions of who i was. they’re snapshots of who i was in those moments — messy, vulnerable, angry, confused, and completely honest.

that’s what this demo album means to me.

no filters, no pretending, just two pieces of my heart exactly as they were.
