Revelation

The heavens open wide, a throne of fire,
The Lamb of God, our heart's desire,
With seven seals he holds the key,
To earth’s fate and eternity,
The first seal cracks, a white horse rides,
Conquering crown, with pride it strides,
The second seal breaks, the red horse bleeds,
War unleashed, with violent deeds,
The third seal falls, the black horse reigns,
Famine spreads with scales and chains,

The Lamb has come to make all new,
To judge the world both false and true,
He reigns on high forevermore,
Unlocking heaven's final door,

The fourth seal cracks, pale death arrives,
With Hades close, no one survives,
The fifth seal shows, the martyrs cry,
How long O Lord, until we rise,

The sixth seal breaks, the sky turns black,
Stars fall down, the world fights back,
Mountains quake, the earth will shake,
As kings and men their shelters make,

The Lamb has come to make all new,
To judge the world both false and true,
He reigns on high forevermore,
Unlocking heaven's final door,

The seventh seal opens, silence falls,
Angels prepare, for trumpet calls,
he trumpets blast, the judgment reigns,
The earth is purged by fire and flame,
The beast and dragon rise in wrath,
But the Lamb shall stand, he clears the path,
He leads the armies with sword of flame,
The enemy falls, defeated in shame,

A city descends from heaven bright,
With streets of gold and endless light,
No more death, no pain, no night,
For the Lamb becomes the endless light,
The nations healed by his grace and hand,
The people sing in every land,
The kingdom stands forevermore,
And heaven's open final door,
