深夜的爭吵、溢出的未接來電、在爭執過後，我們總是一邊意識到自己搞砸了，一邊繼續任情緒散落一地，邊喘邊收拾。
人聲由遠而近，對話過程歪歪酸酸的音色從頭到尾襯在一旁，在表面與內心的糾結之間來回橫跳。歌曲的前半像是在辯解，後半卻成了告解。先是八成抗辯、兩成道歉地傳訊息說「我不知道自己剛才在講什麼啦」，再前進到七成道歉、三成反省：怪東怪西，怪天氣怪水逆，然後停頓深吸一口氣，幽幽吐出一句「如果這已經是最好版本的我呢」。
作為一個雙子，Everydaze 其實不那麼相信星座，但雙子的兩面性，流動若水，卻有許多他喜歡（也認可）的特質：沒有人生來邪惡，但在感情裡狡猾是可能的。只是，也可能會在一瞬間，坦露出一閃即逝的誠實。
