我其實一直都是一個很沒有靈感的人，所以有至少一年是寫不出什麼我自己覺得還行的詞曲。一直到寫這首歌的時候我才突發奇想，想說以「乍看之下好像是很膚淺的想要去get closer to一個人，但實際上是想描述我一直努力接近靈感的狀態」作為靈感寫出了這首歌。這首歌其實也完全可以套用在很多很多情況，不論你想靠近的是人，是物，是事，是一個狀態，我們都為了無限逼近而努力的生活著。
