受影集《Monsters》啟發，從孩子的視角描寫在暴力、精神與性虐待中成長，對父母既渴望被愛與認可，又想逃離傷害的矛盾。副歌以「I think I love you, but I wanna kill you」唱出愛與恐懼交纏的情感。主歌以純鋼琴呈現壓抑與孤獨，後段逐步加入更具張力的編制，釋放長期累積的痛苦。
