〈飛呀！螢火蟲〉與〈閃爍微光〉為繪本《飛呀！螢火蟲》的主題概念曲與微光概念曲。繪本內容描繪主角小星在面對恐懼與迷惘時，如何從自我懷疑的狀態，逐步找到自己的內心力量與信念，並邁向成長與茁壯。而收錄的兩首歌曲更點亮了繪本中重要的故事段落。
