生命有不同面向，喜怒哀樂常常都在來不及中產生，留下的總是徒勞無功，然而細究不同面向時，又感覺到無盡的孤獨。這是時不我予第一張正式 EP 作品，卻是用最零碎的方式去呈現，彷彿無力回天的蒼白在呻吟著，那是一種悲哀，專屬於自己的哀，無分年齡，不管男女，時不我予的哀愁，無可救藥的自哀。《I/哀》

Life has many facets. Joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness often arise before we can even grasp them, leaving behind nothing but futile traces. Yet, when we examine each facet closely, we find an endless solitude.
This is the first official EP of As Time Goes By, yet it is presented in the most fragmented way—like a pale helplessness groaning in the void. It is a kind of sorrow, one’s own sorrow, belonging to no particular age, shared by all regardless of gender. It is the sorrow unique to As Time Goes By, an incurable self-grief.
