去年這個時候，我有一位朋友陷入低潮
當時我時常傳一張動圖給他
是一隻貓咪著急地跑向另一隻正在哭泣的貓咪然後抱住牠的動圖

我想我那時候想要表達的意思是：
雖然我不知道你在經歷什麼
但有我在都會沒事的

於是就成了這首歌的靈感來源。

在編曲時，我想著Harry Styles的As It Was這首歌
嘗試用比較80年代的合成器音色去勾勒復古感
以及單一重複的鼓點營造一種奔跑的感覺
