Shibuya Neppa is a four-piece dream pop band from Taichung, Taiwan, featuring Lu Yu-Ju (Drums), Lu Yu-Ta (Guitar), Shih Yu-An (Vocals/Guitar), and Lo Chien-Lun (Bass).

Inspired by rain-soaked streets, the white glow of convenience stores, traffic lights that never seem to sleep, and the people we never really said goodbye to.
