我在寧靜的小溪邊清醒，似曾相似的場境，
原來是小時候父母常帶我到的地方，
父母與年幼的我攜手沿著溪流而上，
彼此疼愛，相互依賴。

但突然，年幼的我走丟了，
父母發生爭執，
他們彼此怪罪而分頭尋找年幼的我，
尋找的過程中，他們卻快速變老。

我跟著尋找年幼的我，
找到他的時候，我用力把他抱在懷裡，
他卻在我懷裡消失。

回頭一看，
已經白髮蒼蒼的父母
尋找的，就是站在這裡的我。

It’s like déjà vu, the creek and its surrounding.
I know it’s the creek my parents used to take me to.

Then, I see my parents, taking the little me,
up the stream, helping each other.
Suddenly, the little me gets lost.
My parents fight fiercely as they try to find me, rapidly aging.

I, out of instinct, join the search.
Then, I finally find him, so I hold him close and tight.
Strangely, he vanishes.
And I turn back.

I see my parents, with their hair white as snow,
standing there, looking right at me.

It turns out that the one they’re searching for is me,
as opposed to the much younger version of me.
