当放松也被解释成过错，压力追逐着我们每分每秒。听不见风的声音，看不见树的摇晃，感觉不到自己的温度。我们寻找着虚无的意义，空虚反而住进我们的身体，吞噬了一切神经。我们被裹挟着向前，一刻也不停歇。

多渴望一个休息日来放松睡眠。

现在的我们渐渐放弃了感受。周围的人不停得对你讲：“你应该是这样、你应该做那个、人生的轨迹就应如此”。人生的节点被打上了时间戳，你拼命的追赶自己，赶不上的时候，那个声音就会出现：“你是失败的、你令人失望、你已经被远远落在了后面。”

休息一天吧，你跑的太快，已经把自己丢掉了。放放空，晒晒太阳，抱抱自己，即使是在梦里。
