OFFICESYNDROME began as a group of high school friends making music in a tiny home studio, set out to create songs that captured feelings they couldn’t express in words—love, joy, heartbreak, and the struggles of growing up. In 2022, they made waves with “Syrup,” a sweet, easy-going love song, and “Winter Flower,” an emotional track that resonated deeply with listeners.
In August 2024, the band released their debut album, "GRIEFGRIEF." The album tells the story of growing up, inspired by the real experiences of all six members. It reflects on pivotal moments like leaving behind the comfort of school life and facing both the joys and struggles of self-discovery. Themes of love, friendship, pain, and identity run deep, making it relatable to anyone navigating the transitions of youth.
