Jade Music Fest 以在加拿大推廣華語音樂為核心，目標是為北美亞裔音樂人創造能以母語創作的職涯機會。並以「打造溫哥華成為華語音樂的北美樞紐」為願景，一方面與當地音樂節、場館與產業代表合作，另方面則透過像〈定定仔行 Steady as You〉這類跨國共創計畫，建立長期、固定節奏的交流機制，每年在溫哥華與台北各舉辦一場音樂節，努力創造創作者們一年兩次見面的機會，讓合作不只停留在一次性的演出。
Jade Music Fest is an annual music event which aims to create visible stages and bridges for underrepresented Chinese-language artists who have a desire to perform and write songs in the languages connected with their heritage. Its goal is to make Vancouver the North American hub for Chinese-language music through the elevation of IBPOC artists.
