面對生活無法落地的漂浮時刻，生存在無重力的日常中，卻又不希望自己因此失去方向，在這樣自我懷疑著「現在是前進還是後退？」的情緒拉扯間，光是維持生活的平衡就已經耗費心力。宋柏緯坦承這首歌花了五個月才完成，起初創作到一半就與落日飛車展開歐洲巡演，回台後又投入戲劇演出，在中斷許久後，找來新銳音樂人 Everydaze 共同編曲才讓這首歌照著原始的構想完整呈現。
