到學校時，發現桌上滿是塗鴉與垃圾時是什麼感想？走在走廊時偶爾還會被球砸中...

過去有那麼一段時間，
我學習討好、學習配合、學習著忍耐，
卻唯獨忘了自己，
這首歌寫給那些受霸凌所困的小朋友，
也寫給那個年少的自己。

又假裝今天不痛 再撐一下
害怕明天醒來 又成別人的笑話
那些背後的聲音 只敢偷偷稱霸
暗處最吵的 都怕被陽光放大
也曾對自己失望 到不說話
愧疚讓家人的淚 為我落下
