"Welcome to the Neighbourhood - Velvet Edition" is a collaborative masterpiece featuring Matt Hsu's Obscure Orchestra, Zy The Way 中庸 (fronted by Cait Lin, co-producer, and original performer), and rapper ILL MO 老莫. This jazz rendition of the award-winning track 'Welcome to the Neighbourhood' (2022 Queensland Music Award World category winner) emerged during the COVID lockdowns, embodying the resilience, warmth, and cultural richness of Taiwan, the nation cherished by these three artists.
