關於 WHALE FALL

介紹

從台南出發的器樂搖滾樂團，
曲風夾雜情緒、數字等編曲，以樂器代替人聲，面對各式生命的不同表徵，緩緩說出從生活中所體悟的故事。
有人說後搖是音樂界的印象派，我們延伸印象的瞬間，擷取出其中的藍色氛圍，或許有些憂鬱感，呈現如同「鯨落」一般，華麗的沉降後，留給大海一片綠洲。

An instrumental rock band originating from Tainan,
their music weaves together emotion and mathematical structures in its composition.
Using instruments in place of vocals, they respond to the many forms of life, gently expressing stories distilled from everyday experiences.
Often, post-rock is described as the Impressionism of music.
Extending from fleeting impressions, they capture a blue-toned atmosphere—
tinged with a sense of melancholy—
like a “whale fall”: a magnificent descent that ultimately leaves behind a thriving oasis in the deep sea.
