《 Long Long 》是 WANLONG 的小名，紀念我們碰見童年的自己，與現在像青少年胡亂創作的狀態。
在這張實體專輯裡頭，你可以拼湊、找到 2000 和 2022 年的 Long Long，以及隨機出色的小驚喜。
專輯中能聽見我們喜歡的 90 年代樂團的養分。
澄澈。焦躁。重複。
吉他手岑寶擔綱專輯製作人，製作自 soul。主唱建龍以全英語入詞，不最拿手卻很自在。來自美國的母帶後期工程師 Brian 則表示不太確定歌詞的意思。我們也不確定。
確定的是，你我會在這八首歌無法言說的畫面裡會合，和年輕又老的自己會合。
