子曰（論語里仁篇）：「君子喻於義，小人喻於利。」甚至古希臘詭辯家Thrasymachus也不得不同意哲學家Socrates所言：「靈魂之美德為正義（The virtue of the soul is justice）。」當公理正義成為廣告商品，可買可賣可轉嫁甚至可有可無時，那還能算是公理正義嗎？
