《立霧溪的心跳》寫給太魯閣、花蓮，也寫給一片美麗、壯闊而脆弱的土地。 這首歌創作於2024年4月3日花蓮大地震，以及2025年10月17日立霧溪燕子口堰塞湖事件之後。 太魯閣的山仍在呼吸，立霧溪的水仍向海流去。 這片土地在板塊擠壓、山脈隆升與河流下切之中誕生，也在一次次震動與崩落之後，緩慢修補，重新生長。 我們曾以為，築路便能越過群山；後來才明白，真正的抵達，不是征服山河，而是學會敬畏，學會與它一起活著。 崩落不是故事的終點，也是大地改變形貌、重新呼吸的過程。 既是傷口，也是心跳。 願歌聲記得這片土地經歷的傷痛，也記得所有曾在山谷裡生活、築路、守望與等待重生的人。 願我們不是匆匆經過，而是在時間深處，與山林一起呼吸。 Liwu River’s Heartbeat is dedicated to Taroko and Hualien—and to a land of immense beauty, strength, and fragility.
