「真正被加工的是普世審美觀，請用自己最喜歡的樣子活著！」

從有意識，一直到開始創作，楊士弘就時常被冠上「怪」這個字，但他從不因此失望或放棄，反而轉化為武器，你們覺得我怪，我就怪到讓你們愛上我！就像他的座右銘：「為什麼要做一個討人喜歡的人，而不是做一個被自己喜歡的人？」

因此楊士弘想像自己是一位整形成癮的角色，創作出這首＜Plastic Baby＞。看似諷刺整形文化與悲嘆著角色中的自己，但透過舞台劇式的唱法、情緒高低轉換，字裡行間的掙扎中，可以發現真正諷刺的是這個被加工過的普世審美觀。
